Generating a Healthy Personality

Persons with a healthy personality are responsive to stimuli. They are free of the four redefining engagements. They are:
  1. Passive Behaviours and Thinking Disorders;
  2. Redefining Transactions;
  3. Parent and Child competitive symbiosis;
  4. Moving to operate from roles on Drama Triangle;
They are free of the impulse to engage in Games.

They are free of being jump-started* by spontaneous script-takeovers.

They actively engage themselves in: 
  1. Replacing racket feelings by authentic feelings;
  2. Replacing Emotion Rackets by healthy emotions and 'allow emotion rackets to age in dust on the shelves of closed shops';
  3. Creating the moment, entering the moment and actively using the moment to be free of mind talk, and emotional lock-jams;
  4. Harbouring good thoughts and feelings about themselves, others and generally about the quality of life they live;
  5. Disregarding the commands of Injunctions, Drivers and Scripty Impulses;
They function with an empowered Adult. The empowered Adult in time takes over the task of perception, evaluation, assessment and response to stimuli, with Permissive Parent and Acquiescent Child support. It is also able to store new experiences. The person, now possessing such a healthy personality, operates from an Empowered Adult. The Adult function is as shown in the diagram that appears below:

The person is then able to use the Reality Principle and Reality Testing routinely. The person is free of engaging in games and therefore is able to successfully implement Social Control ultimately earning the capacity to live a script free life.
